Last Saturday I had the amazing opportunity to photograph the indie rock band Young the Giant at their sold out show in Atlanta, Georgia. Hailing from Irvine, California, this band has wowed old fans as well as many newcomers with their newest album, Mind Over Matter. As the five members walked on stage to the instrumental track, “Slow Dive”, it was made evident by the crowd’s lively cheers and shouts that the band was about to play an energetic and exciting show.Young the Giant’s catchy music, energetic live shows, and rapidly growing fan base will certainly earn them much well-deserved success this year!
